How it works

Step 1: Onboarding & 1st interview

We deeply question the client & research their industry to deliver question 48hrs before the first interview. Airtable content mgnt, LinkedIn ads funnel, programmatic advertising, & "signals aggregator" are setup during this time.

Step 2: Post videos & profile/messaging optimization

First 1-3 videos are posted to personal LinkedIn profile(s), and the client is advised on best practices for posting & profile optimization if needed. Tweaks to Airtable content mgnt system and editing style as needed. Consultation & discussion about messaging happens here if it hasn't already.

Step 3: Ads launched

Retargeting framework outlined in our "Playbook" (nav bar) is put into effect. Retargeting is mostly based on website visits & % video watch time. Programmatic ads launched to stay in front of prospects across the web.

Step 4: Optimization & signal based selling

Creatives are swapped out over time as needed, retargeting layer includes more messaging based on outputs of guided interview, and the "signals aggregator" is populated with good-fit prospects for sales to engage with. BOF ads or scaled outbound can be run at this stage.
